Prof. Dr. Salvador Pané i Vidal is Professor of Materials for Robotics and Co-Director of the Multi-Scale Robotics Lab at ETH Zurich. His work spans micro- and nanorobotics, smart materials, magnetic systems and targeted drug delivery, with a strong focus on translating advanced material science into functional biomedical technologies. He coordinated the ANGIE project, one of the research programs from which Swiss Vascular emerged, and continues to bring deep scientific and translational expertise into the company’s development.
